When these two first reached out to me, I was freakin’ floored. There was an energy about the two of them that screamed ‘aloha’.Everytime we talked, it felt like reconnecting with old friends I’ve known my whole life. And thats exactly what these two made me feel. From their engagement session in Big Sur (here), to their wedding day, every conversation was “what can we do for you Kayla”. UHHH WHAT!!?!? This is YOUR wedding day, I kept having to tell them!! But they have the Hawaii Aloha way of living, and it was so cool to be apart of.
These two have traveled every year to Hawaii together, so it only made sense that they start their best adventure yet in their favorite place. Tim and Amanda were some of the most welcoming people we have ever met, their presence is calming, but fun. They have an insane amount of fun when they’re together, and that was all but clear on their wedding day dancing and singing in the pouring rain. They put so much time and detail into their big day, and it was an absolute dream of mine to be able to capture it all. I’m obsessed with this island, the lifestyle, the laidback couple who turned into life long friends, the tropical rainstorm we faced, and all the laughs and smiles in-between. I hope you enjoy looking through these photos, because it was not only one of my favorite weddings to date, it was the greatest first day to the rest of Tim and Amanda’s life!
