I love when couples decide to include not just the American traditions of a wedding day, but also the cultural background traditions of the couple as well. It’s simply so beautiful to see the two celebrations of tradition come together in this fusion of love, family, culture, and the beginning of a new family. Jason and Emily began their wedding weekend with a traditional Chinese Tea ceremony! A ceremony in which the couple honors the family members with the preparation and exchange of tea and gifts. It was such an intimate morning shared between Emily, Jason and their families in Emily’s childhood home in San Francisco. The following day, was their americanized wedding day at the beautiful park winters wedding venue. This whimsical romantic garden setting blows me off my feet every time I’m lucky enough to capture my couples here!! From their beautiful arch, to the beautiful setting that Park Winters offers, to Emily’s stunning feather embroidered dress from bridal breeze, it was truly an unforgettable day.
