Kelsie + Anthony

I swear, i’m STILL dreaming about Kelsie and Anthony’s dreamy and romantic Hawaii wedding day. This wedding was extra special to me for SO many reasons, and definitely goes down as one of my favorite days ever! I always love being able to travel with my couples, and when Kelsie told me she wanted to tie the knot in Hawaii, I was NOT complaining! These two put together SUCH an unbelievable day, and I cannot wait to tell you all about it!

I go WAYY back with Kelsie and Anthony! They truly are some of my besties, so when they asked me to come along to their wedding day, I was so excited! I was able to bring my hubby Truth of @honestyfilms, and it was so fun to run off to paradise together to celebrate Kelsie and Anthony! These two also share TONS of mutual friends with me, which made their wedding even more epic. It felt like a mini high school reunion, and it was incredible to do what I love alongside some of my closest peeps!

The celebration started before the actual wedding day, when K + A brought us on a pre- wedding cruise with them! After tons of travelling, preparing and organizing, it was SO fun to come together with them and relax. I got to take photos with tons of my friends, drink with my AMAZING couple, and take in the Hawaii sunset over the ocean. Do I have the best job ever or what?

Kelsie spent her morning alongside her girls, and they were SO much fun. Destination weddings are always such a special way to bring together your favorite people, and transform your wedding into an unforgettable experience for everyone involved! Kelsie and her girls popped champagne, and said cheers to the best day ever! I was OBSESSED with their mismatched dresses, and they way that every single one of their personalities shined through! Kelsie’s stunning, beaded lace mermaid gown from @ido bridal left me freaking speechless. She gathered her girls around for a first look, and every single person cheered at the top of their lungs. She looked BOMB! Meanwhile, Anthony spent his morning toasting with his boys, and looking forward to seeing his girl as a BRIDE!

After blowing her bridesmaids away, Kelsie was super excited to share a first look with her father. These moments are always so special to photograph, and these two were no exception! After sharing some laughter, some tears, and a tight hug, Kelsie’s dad walked her up to a patiently waiting Anthony. These two’s first look was everything! After a morning spent avoiding each other, it’s always so special to finally see your person, and take it all in together! Afterwards, we gathered up the bridal party and they strutted their stuff. Every single person was SO pumped, and ready to watch these two do the dang thing!

This ceremony space was EVERYTHING! Underneath the blue skies and overlooking the ocean, stood a stunning arch! I was OBSESSED with all their details. They incorporated tons of white florals and palms, which was so dreamy! Kelsie and Anthony shared the most incredible vows, and left everybody just a bit teary eyed. Their ceremony space was freaking EPIC, and I had so much fun capturing them together!

After their ceremony, we took a VERY short walk down to the beach for some romantics. I always love this part of the day! It’s such a special way for you and your person to finally take a deep breath, high five after your ceremony, and spend some time hanging together. Kelsie and Anthony are freaking NATURALS in front of the camera, and had no problem being all romantic for me! The weather, despite being a lil warm, was absolutely perfect for their photos. As the sun started to set, I KNEW we needed to take advantage of the sprawling golf course on the property. The soft, orange Hawaii sunset left me speechless and created such a beautiful backdrop for these two!

As usual, the evening ended on the dance floor. I thrive here, y’all. I might be a photographer, but I love to jump on the dance floor too! Like I mentioned earlier, this wedding was FILLED with some of my favorite people. It was SO FUN to dance the night away alongside them, and create memories to last a lifetime. Kelsie and Anthony know how to party, and they had me laughing all night long. We danced, we drank, and we celebrated one of the sweetest couples EVER! I am so grateful this job gives me opportunities to travel for such incredible love stories, and I cannot thank K + A enough for trusting me with their day! I hope you all love these photos as much as we do, and hopefully I find myself in Hawaii again soon!!!
