the story of us

as fate would have it...

Our story began in the most unexpected way—in my mom’s fourth-grade classroom. He was just another kid in her class, but little did I know as his fellow peer that one day he would be the most important person in my life. At the time, he was just the boy who sat a few desks away, but even then, there was something about him that stood out.

Fast forward a few years, and life brought us back together - but not for long. He joined the Air Force, embracing a life of service and adventure, and I was pursuing a teaching degree. Long distance was a challenge but so incredibly rewarding in the end.

But in 2015 we got married and started a new chapter together, moving to California for his military career. It was there that our family truly began to grow. First came Luna, the best German Shepherd to ever walk this earth. She was a gentle giant, and filled our cup & kept us company in our new state. Then came along Liam, our lively, funny, spunky little boy who has been the center of our world ever since. 

Looking back, it’s incredible to think that the boy in my mom’s classroom would become my partner in life, love, and parenting. Together, we’ve built a beautiful life full of adventure, laughter, and so much love. We love getting to live out of our dream of being business owners & creatives.
