I had so much freakin FUN with Shelby and Scott, capturing these moody sunset engagement photos! These two are so laid back and fun loving, and had me smiling all night long! They decided to take these photos at their property, which made it even more special!
When I first started brainstorming their engagement session, Shelby wanted to make sure that they picked a spot that felt really personal and unique to them as a couple! Shelby told me all about her and Scott’s property, their barn, and the MASSIVE field they have! These two are also planning to get married AND build a home here as well! It’s going to be SO CUTE to look back on their engagements from the same location, and see how far they’ve come as a couple. I’m not crying, YOU’RE CRYING!
I am ALWAYS down to help my couples out when choosing a spot for their photos, and I’m so glad they chose somewhere that was so special to them! The biggest piece of advice I can give to my couples, is to always pick a place or an activity that you and your partner feel most like YOU! Whether that’s hiking into the mountains, cuddling on the couch or running around during golden hour. I’m here to keep you guys laughing, and forget you’re in front of the camera!
Shelby and Scott were LITERALLY naturals. Seriously, they were so cute together! Their property was SUCH a beautiful spot for their photos! These sweet lovers spent every second cuddling up and laughing at the top of their lungs. One of the sweetest moments was when they carved their initials into a tree on the property! I can already imagine them looking back on that tree for years to come, and it seriously makes me so happy! We ran through the field during golden hour, and the light was EVERYTTHHINGGG!! Shelby and Scott cracked open a few beers, and cheered to forever together. I had so much fun with these two at this extra special location, and I can’t wait to be back here for their wedding!!
